@petebrown @burk I have also seen criticisms regarding the way this was announced, or not as the case may be. It seems to have mostly been shared on the internet (granted I'm not in the area) which leaves me wondering if the elderly and vulnerable - who this affects more than others, are aware? I've seen a few reports of people finding that others have no idea about this which worries me.
