@Lioncourt I hope it is. There are 3 bars of different heights, one is a bump, and one is much taller. The tricky part is aligning them with the pins. You use the middle length bar first to start removing a pin in the strap, then the longer one. Then you use the body of the adjustment tool to push the pins in, and then the tiny one to finish lining it up. The pins have casings too and lining that up between two links and then feeding the pin in can take a little patience.
