Is this feature for iOS updates new? “Install once downloaded”

iOS settings update screen with a section at the bottom saying:&10;Download in Progress&10;iPhone has started downloading an update automatically. Once completed, iPhone will attempt to install the update later when it is locked and the battery has enough charge.&10;Install Once Downloaded
